Here’s the brand new warm up for my Lift With Emily Online training subscription program.
I always include a dynamic warm up to completed before each strength session because it is important! I’ll include mobility work so that you continue to move with ease while getting those muscles well-prepped to reduce the risk of injury during the training session.
Your overall performance will increase when your body is prepared well and you’ll be able to bring a greater intensity to your session. Long term, that means better results for you!
It doesn’t need to be lengthy, but 3-5 minutes beforehand will make a tremendous difference in your body’s readiness to train hard!
Remember, don’t skip the warm up!
