Sustainable progress feels so good!
Each workout comes with comprehensive tutorials as well as several variations from beginner to advanced for each exercise. This program is designed to get you leaner, stronger, more defined, and increase your metabolism. These are NOT live workouts, so you can do them at any time of the day that is convenient for you. You will be encouraged to stay on pace with the group for the scheduled workout of the day, but if you need to change your off days, that's OK! Just keep the workouts in the order which they are given.

WORKOUTS:

TWO 2 WEEK PHASES OF PROGRAMMING
​
Weeks 1 and 2: FIVE 20-minute workouts to repeat for two weeks.
Weeks 3 and 4: FIVE new 20-minute workouts to finish strong and ramp up the foundation you built in Weeks 1 and 2
​
All workouts will be logged in the fitness app where you'll be notified with your personal records and progress over time.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
​
*At least 2 pair of dumbbells (a heavier pair and a moderate pair) AND/OR a wide variety of resistance bands (preferably with handles)
*Adjustable bench or step
*Large swiss ball
*Mini glute bands

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THESE WORKOUTS?
You will have access to the app, program, and nutrition information from January 2 to January 31 (30 days). Afterwards, you can you choose to continue with another program of mine in the future and all workout progress will continue to be saved!
